Every listing on the board carries the same five data points. Here is what each one is actually telling you, and which ones matter for your situation.
A range like 24 to 28% is the span the cut has produced across documented grows, not a promise for yours. Clones make these numbers more meaningful than seeds do: because a cutting is genetically identical to its tested mother, the top of the range is genuinely reachable with strong light and proper feeding. With seeds, the range describes a family; with clones, it describes your actual plant.
Treat the bottom of the range as what a decent grow gets and the top as what a dialed one gets. If two cuts differ by two points of THC, pick on flavor and grow fit instead; nobody can taste two percent.
The flowering window, 8 to 9 weeks on most modern hybrids, is the time from flipping to 12-hour light until harvest. Indoors it decides your electric bill and cycle count per year. Outdoors it decides everything: a cut that needs 10 weeks of flower in a state with late-September frost is a loss you planted yourself.

A breeder cut is a clone descended, hand to hand, from the specific plant the breeder selected and named. Seeds of the same strain are siblings of that plant, and siblings vary a lot. When a listing documents its cut's origin, you are buying the exact plant the reputation was built on, which is why verified cuts carry a premium over seed-grown lookalikes.
