From cut to doorstep
Orders ship from the nursery in up to 2 weeks, tracked door to door. That window exists because cuts are rooted to order, not pulled from a cooler: the nursery takes your cutting, roots it, hardens it enough to travel, and packs it live. Every cut listed here ships as a fully rooted clone, 8-12" tall.
Rooted clones ship in secured medium with the plant braced, in packaging designed for a multi-day dark period. A healthy clone tolerates that dark stretch the way houseplants tolerate a moving van: unhappily and completely. Expect some droop on arrival; it is transit fatigue, not damage.
Open the box immediately. Photograph everything before you unpack, packaging included, because those photos are what live-arrival policies run on if something went wrong. Water lightly if the medium is dry, give the plant a day of gentle light, and hold off transplanting until it perks. Total time invested: ten minutes and one day of patience.
Contact the nursery you ordered from, the same day, with your arrival photos. The stores quoted on this board replace verified arrival damage; they do not accept returns of live plants, which protects every other customer's biosecurity. Same-day photos are the entire paper trail, so take them before anything else.
Clones in vegetative growth test below the 0.3% THC hemp threshold, which is the basis on which live cuttings ship as nursery stock nationwide. What varies by state is the legality of growing, and our state boards cover that with statute citations instead of vibes.
